These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the Admission Portal (“Portal") provided by Faculty to Political Science, Chulalongkorn University ("Faculty"). By accessing or using the portal, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Use of the Portal
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of an educational institution to use the Portal.
1.2 Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3 Appropriate Use: You agree to use the Portal for lawful purposes only. You shall not use the App to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Ownership: The Portal and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of the Faculty and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Portal solely for its intended purpose.
2.2 User Content: By using the Portal, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display any content you provide through the Portal for the purpose of operating and improving the Portal.
3. Privacy and Data Handling
3.1 Collection and Use of Information: The Faculty may collect and use personal information as described in its Privacy Policy. By using the Portal, you consent to such collection and use and represent that all data provided by you is accurate.
3.2 Security: The Faculty employs reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and the Faculty cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted through the Portal.
4. Termination
4.1 Termination by User: You may terminate your use of the Portal at any time by discontinuing its use and deleting your account, if applicable.
4.2 Termination by Faculty: The Faculty reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Disclaimer of Warranty: The Portal is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. The Faculty disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Faculty be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Portal or this Agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located within Thailand.
